Our 30-day return policy gives you plenty of time to consider your purchase.
This way you can be sure you made the right decision.
If for any reason you aren't satisfied, you can return the item in its original condition within 30 days of the day written in the invoice for a full refund or an exchange minus shipping and handling. Our returning policy is that simple.

If you cancel your order and an attempt for delivery was not made you'll NOT be charge for any amount. If an attempt for delivery was made, you'll be charged 80$ for shipping and handling. In case that your order has arrived to its destination, and you'll like to return the item, you'll be charged for shipping and handling as well.

Refunds will be in the original form of payment.

Please contact us in order to obtain a Return for Inspection (RFI) number from DiamondSphinx.com before returning any merchandise. We will accept returned merchandise only with a RFI number.

Just call our Toll Free Number or email the following to returns@diamondsphinx.com and in 24 hrs you'll get email containing your RFI number:

1) Your first and last name.
2) Your invoice number.
3) Reason for returning the item.
4) Email address.
5) Phone number we can contact you.

All diamond jewelry and certified loose diamonds must be returned in their original condition, unworn and undamaged in the original boxes and with all original certificates; the product cannot have been altered in any way. Please note that certified loose diamonds received without the security tag sealed, or items that have been worn, damaged or altered in any way will not be refundable.

For your own safety, please note that all packages must be sent fully insured for the value of the item(s). If the package is lost and not insured, you will be responsible for the full cost of the items.

Please make sure that all original diamond certificates and a copy of the invoice are included with the package. Any package missing the certificate(s) will be charged a $100.00 per original certificate.

Once we receive your returned item and it is accepted, your refund or new item will be processed in just a few days. Upon receiving your return, the item will be reviewed by our quality assurance department which will examine the item for any sign of wear or use.

DiamondSphinx.com will accept only returned items that were sent according to these guidelines.

To return the item to DiamondSphinx.com, follow our three step process:
 
Obtain your RFI number.
Write it on the outside of the package and bottom of the invoice.

Package Your Return.
Place all the items you've received in the box; please don’t forget to include all original diamond certificate(s) and a copy of the invoice. For security reasons, do not write DiamondSphinx anywhere on the outside of the box.

Insure Your Package.
Ship your package only via Postal Service by Registered Mail™ of your country, insured for the total value of the contents, and request a return receipt for confirmation that your shipment has reached DiamondSphinx.com
