Every piece of important and sensitive information that passes trough DiamondSphinx.com, such as personal data or credit card number, is coded with Secure Socket Layer (SSL) 128Bit encryption.

We will require for all orders that you fax or e-mail a photocopy of the front and back of your credit card and a photocopy of your passport or ID.
In some cases, we'll require a proof of billing address as well.

You'll have 7 days to consider your order and send us all documents, while your product will be kept offsite and reserved for you, before it will be automatically cancelled. You will not be charged for any amount and your order will not be completed and until you'll send us the required documents.

Wire Transfers
On wire transfers you'll get an extra 2.5% discount on any item.
Payments made by wire transfers will be in US dollars only.
You'll have 7 days to consider your order and make the wire transfer, while your product will be kept offsite and reserved for you, before it will be automatically cancelled.

Please note that when paying by wire transfer we cannot process your order until the funds are cleared by our bank. The wire transfer fee's are under your responsibility. (Please check with your bank about these fees).
